The parliamentary debate on the Armenian-Russian gas agreements is
a time bomb, political engineer Armen Badalyan told Tert.am.
“It means that under favorable circumstances, the voting results can
be revised. I do not know how it will take place, but I know power may
change under such circumstances, and Armenia may change its foreign
policy,” he said.
