England U17 forward Adam Armstrong, who scored six goals in three
qualifying matches of European U17 Championship, said there were
really good facilities in Yerevan.
Speaking about the qualifying round held in Armenia, Armstrong said
it was an honour to be involved.
“It is an honour to be involved and it doesn’t get better than. It
is a different lifestyle to ours in Armenia but it has been a great
experience to come here.
The facilities we have been in have been really good. A lot better
than I expected, and our training centre has been fantastic and really
nice. We could not have asked for anything more,” the FA official
website quotes Armstrong.
England was the first in the qualifying round, while Armenia ended
in the third place.
