ARMENIAN PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE BUILDING TO BE SOLD

YEREVAN. – The boiler and substation of the building of the Prosecutor
General’s Office of Armenia will be sold to Business Plus Company.
The Government on Wednesday decided to sell the 104-square-meter real
estate and 71 vehicles for 124 million drams (approx. $300,000).
The automobiles are value at around 860,000 drams (approx. $2,112). In
addition, the buyer is obligated to pay the cadastral value of the
land, which is worth 60,000 drams (approx. $147) per square meter.
To note, Business Plus Company carries out construction work.
