Armenian chess players in Los Angeles

GM Melikset Khachiyan (USA) scored 5.5 points out of 9 and took the
third prize at the 28th round-robin Metropolitan tournament held in
Los Angeles, USA. Khachiyan was only half a point behind the winner –
GM Elshan Moradiabadi of Iran, according to Armchess.am.

The result of IM Andranik Matikozian (Armenia) was 3.5 points.
