7 CHARITY CANTEENS REOPEN IN YEREVAN

7 charity canteens which were not working about a month ago have
reopened in Yerevan, the Yerevan Municipality press service told
Panorama.am.
There are 16 charity canteens in Yerevan which work with the assistance
of Yerevan Municipality and a number of NGOs. People who register to
use their services can have a full meal there once a day on working
days. Besides, the canteens provide daytime entertainment for people,
organize special events for them, provide medical services and deliver
food to people with physical disabilities.

Zakaryan said that by the instruction of Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan
negotiations are being carried out with a number of organizations to
broaden the list of beneficiaries.
