Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. Armenia has launched a criminal
case on Azerbaijani Allahverdi Palangov, the citizen of Georgia,
over the charge of illegally crossing the border without document,
says a special statement of Armenia’s Ministry of National Security,
APA reports quoting Armenian media.
The statements says that criminal case has been launched on the
Georgian citizen of Azerbaijani origin detained near Chochkan village
of Lori province on August 18 under the 1st part of article 329 of
the Criminal Code. This article envisages fine 100-200 times higher
than the salary or 3-year imprisonment.
