Sarmen Kocharian, 20, a soldier of the Defense Army of the Nagorno
Karabakh Republic, was wounded by shots fired from Azerbaijan.

According to the press service of the NKR Defense Ministry, the
incident occurred on August 2 on a frontline position in the
northeastern direction. An investigation is underway.
