GANGSTERISM WAY TO EMIGRATION TO ARMENIA

Not only social and economic conditions, but also “Lyskyism”,
that is the cause of emigration from Armenia, Hranush Kharatyan,
a Preparliament member, told a press conference on Friday.
She said that the military surgeon Vahe Avetyan’s murder at the
Harsnaqar restaurant, which is owned by President of the Football
Federation of Armenia Ruben Hayrapetyan, was not the only heinous
crime.
“This [Vahe Avetyan’s] murder was followed by press reports on
a 20-year period of disgrace involving this person [means Syunik
governor Surik Khachatryan nicknamed Lyska]. How he shot a pregnant
woman or murdered a child or what he did in 1992, 1994, 1994. How
many fell victim and emigrated because of this person,” Kharatyan said.
“And as President Serzh Sargsyan awarded Ruben Hayrapetyan a medal so
he awarded Suren Khachatryan no less than The Battle Cross. He is our
‘defender’,” she said.
