ARMENIAN AIR-FORCES’ AMMUNITION TO BE REPLENISHED IN COOPERATION WITH RUSSIA

YEREVAN, JUNE 28, ARMENPRESS. An interstate agreement has already been
reached upon with the Russian Federation regarding the replenishment of
ammunition of the Armenian air-forces. The Minister of Defense of the
Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan stated this at the course of the
briefing with the journalists held on June 28. Armenia’s air forces’
ammunition will also be replenished in the near future. As reports
“Armenpress” Seyran Ohanyan underscored: “The air-forces should
always be in the process of accomplishment. We shall realize the
replenishment of ammunition of our air-forces in the near future
as well. The replenishment will be realized within the framework
of military-technical cooperation with our strategic partner and
friend Russian Federation.” In addition the Minister of Defense
of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan highlighted that by
signing the new plan on the development of the military-technical
cooperation, our partnership passed into the interstate stage from
the intergovernmental.
Among other things Seyran Ohanyan touched upon the issue
ofestablishment of enterprises of military significance between the
Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia and the presence of
good perspectives for the development of cooperation.
