RUSSIA CAPTURES GAS INFRASTRUCTURE OF ARMENIA

Baku – APA-Economics. Chairman of Gazprom Board Alexey Miller
discussed a number of issues with Armenia~Rs Minister of Energy Armen
Movsisyan in Moscow.

In particular, the issue was the possibility of increasing Gazprom~Rs
share in Armenia~Rs ArmRosgazprom from 80% to 100%.

The sides considered how the Russian gas price is formed for Armenian
consumers.

Miller and the minister discussed key issues of Russian-Armenian
cooperation in gas sector, including Gazprom~Rs contribution to energy
projects in Armenia.

Armenia~Rs energy sector is highly dependant on gas imports. Gazprom
Export supplies up to the border with Armenia wh ere the gas is bought
by ArmRosgazprom. In 2012 Gazprom supplied a total of 1.7 billion
cubic meters of natural gas to Armenia.
