“Zhoghovurd” paper writes that critical speeches of “Armenian National
Congress” (HAK) parliamentary faction during the presentation of the
government program in the parliament cost the opposition dear.
According to the paper, the National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamian
decided to punish HAK faction by not including the faction deputies
in international parliamentary delegations and group. “A negative
attitude is taken towards deputies of HAK faction. Although HAK is the
largest opposition faction, its representatives never take business
trips. Instead of them, several deputies of the Republican Party of
Armenia are included in each delegation,” the paper writes.
