Ruben Hairapetyan Showed Up At Court
The owner of Harsnakar Restaurant Ruben Hairapetyan showed up at the
court today, Pastinfo.am informed. Judge Davit Harutiunyan of the
Court of Avan and Nor Nork communities examines the case of violence
at the restaurant on 17 June 2012 which resulted in the death of the
doctor Vahan Avetyan refused to answer the questions of journalists.
Today the witness to the case Diana Navoyan who had been summoned
appropriately did not show up. The court did not find it expedient to
bring her to court. The witness will be notified once again after
which, if necessary, the question of bringing him to court will be
discussed.
