Ministry spokesman: Torture practices are peculiar to Azerbaijani military

“Sabiroghlu’s statement does not correspond to reality. No such thing
happened or could have happened. Such behavior is peculiar to
Azerbaijani military, and not to Armenian servicemen,’ spokesman for
Armenia’s Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisian told Aysor.am.

reported that an Azerbaijani citizen was blown up by a mine in the
neutral territory. The spokesman for Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said
at a press conference yesterday that the citizen was only injured, but
Armenian servicemen tortured and killed him.
