Damascus Blast Took Place Near Armenian Embassy

DAMASCUS BLAST TOOK PLACE NEAR ARMENIAN EMBASSY

YEREVAN. – Officers of the Armenian diplomatic mission were not
affected by terror attack in the center of Damascus, spokesperson
for the Armenian foreign ministry said.

Talking to Armenian News-NEWS.am, Tigran Balayan confirmed that the
blast took place not far from the building of the Armenian Embassy
in Damascus.

Balayan said it is still unclear whether Armenian Syrians were affected
by the explosion.

Thirteen people were killed and over 70 were wounded in a terrorist
attack in the center of Syria’s capital on Tuesday, SANA reported.

Many of the injured people are critical.
