Vrezh Galstyan Taken To Psychiatric Hospital
Vrezh Galstyan who tried to penetrate into the National Assembly of
Armenia on March 22 armed with a knife and was wounded by the security
guards has been found insane and sent to a psychiatric hospital.
Pastinfo reports that Galstyan suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. He
is unable to participate in judicial processes.
