STEPANAKERT TO HAVE PERMANENT WATER SUPPLY IN 2014

Industrial Infrastructures said.
Levon Mnatsakanyan said that the actual price of the water was higher
than the current price, in consideration of the work carried out in
the direction. According to the minister, water would cost AMD 400,
