Nalbandian answers Davutoglu: Armenian-Turkish and NK processes
shouldn’t be linked
Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian
commented on the statement of his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu
today who again linked the issue of normalization of Armenian-Turkish
relations to NK settlement recently.
The Armenian FM recalled at a press conference today that the
international community has repeatedly stated that the two processes
shouldn’t be linked and it’s in line with the Armenian side’s stance.
“The attempts to link Armenian-Turkish relations to Karabakh
settlement may jeopardize both processes. It may seem that Turkey
intentionally continues attempts to link the two processes hindering
efforts made by international community and Armenia toward settlement
of the NK conflict”, said Edward Nalbandian.
