Mine explosion kills two boys in Armenia’s Shirak province

Two residents of Vahramberd village of Armenia’s province of Shirak –
Mushegh Gevorgyan, 15, and Arthur Lazarian, 12, were killed in mine
blast today afternoon in the territory between Hovani and Vahramaberd
villages, shamshyan.com reports.

The blast occurred in tank shooting territory of Russian troops. The
report about the tragic incident was received at 12.40 pm.

The operative-investigative squad dispatched to the scene found the
bodies of the two boys.

Shamshyan reports that the children were looking after the pasturing
sheep when they discovered the explosive ammunition.
