IRAN FM SPOKESMAN PROPOSES COOPERATION WITH ARMENIAN TV

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast has proposed
cooperation between Armenian privately-owned ArmNews TV and Iranian
media, Mehr news agency reported on 3 April.

“While visiting the TV channel and talking to the director of ArmNews,
Artak Aleksanyan, Ramin Mehmanparast explained the media methods of
the Islamic Republic and proposed that ArmNews and the Iranian media
cooperate with one another,” Mehr said.

Mehr added that Aleksanyan welcomed the idea and said that it would
be better for the channel if they could receive Iranian news directly
from Iranian sources instead of receiving them from foreign sources.
