It’s high time for Azerbaijan to stop creating new dividing lines,
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said, commenting
on the statement of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov
that the trilateral cooperation between Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey
is a message against Armenia.

`It’s natural that the Foreign Minister of country guided by
anti-democratic ideology, does not understand that friendship with
someone against someone else is short-sighted in the contemporary
world.

`It’s high time for Azerbaijan to stop its policy of creating new
dividing lines, which is aimed at maintaining the hereditary
authoritarian power,’ Shavarsh Kocharyan said.
