Raffi Ovannisyan, leader of the Heritage Party who had lost to Serzh
Sargsyan during the presidential polls, said that his list of demands
was inseparable.
Commenting on demands for 13 governmental positions, he noted that
it was not a matter of bargain. He added that his party had a reserve
of specialists, professionals.
Ovannisyan noted that he was glad to see Sargsyan demonstrate political
will for negotiations.
