Raffi Hovhannisian campaign headquarters to apply to Constitutional Court

Former presidential candidate Raffi Hovhanisian’s campaign
headquarters has decided to dispute the election results at the
Constitutional Court.
Hovhannisian’s representatives will submit their claim at 5:30 pm
Yerevan time to call for validating what they call the Armenian
people’s real choice at the February 18 election and declaring the
figures published by the Central Election Commission null and void.
Later in the day a spokesperson and legal advisors for the
headquarters will hold an open-air air conference in front of the
Constitutional Court.
