Well-informed sources of Lurer.com inform that tomorrow the Mayor of
Vanadzor Samvel Darbinyan will resign for calling people unconscious.
To note that in an interview with one of the media, the Mayor,
clarifying RPA leader Serzh Sargsyan’s defeat in the third city of the
republic, said. “It was not our leader’s loss, it was our people’s
being unconscious, that people do not know what they want.”
