YEREVAN MUNICIPALITY PROHIBITS HERITAGE PARTY TO CONDUCT RALLIES IN LIBERTY SQUARE

The Yerevan Municipality dismissed on Thursday the request by the
leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovhannisian to allow to him conduct
rallies in Liberty Square on Feb 23-25.
The Municipality’s argument was that such a request should be submitted
no later than seven days before the rally.
