Baku. Viktoriya Dementyeva – APA. “Talks on Nagorno Karabakh can not
be held without the participation of the Azerbaijani community of
Nagorno Karabakh,” head of “Nagorno Karabakh’s Azerbaijani Community”
Public Union Bayram Safarov told journalists answering the questions
about the meetings to be held by honorary president of AzerRos Soyun
Sadigov with the Armenian community, APA reports.
“Official negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh conflict are held by
Azerbaijan’s President. Talks with Armenians can be held by the
persons, who once lived in Nagorno Karabakh and will return there.
Soyun Sadigov can not do it. The Azerbaijani community is always ready
to meet with the Armenian community,” he said.
“There are national minorities in Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan’s President
pays attention to all nationalities. The people, who had lived in
Nagorno Karabakh by 1993, must adopt Azerbaijan’s Constitution.
Coexistence will be possible after that,” Safarov said.
