RAFFI HOVHANNISYAN DEMANDS RECOUNT OF VOTES IN A NUMBER OF PRECINCTS

In compliance with Article 48 of the Armenian Electoral Code,
presidential candidate Raffi Hovhannisyan has applied to a number of
precinct electoral commissions with a request to annul the results
of election in tens of polling stations.
Hovhannisyan’s campaign headquarters released a statement today,
saying that they demand recount of votes in a number of precincts in
the presence of proxies, journalists and observers.
