Raffi Hovannisian. He congratulated people and Raffi Hovannisian on
his victory.

not? It depends on everyone’s determination? No matter how resolute
Raffi Hovannisian is,
he will not be able to do anything alone if we are not resolute as
well. I urge you to be resolute,” Karapet Rubinyan said.
