Artsrun Hovhannisyan stressed the importance of psychologists in
mutual trust between soldiers and commanders

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 16, ARMENPRESS: Atmosphere of mutual trust should be
created for Armenian soldiers and commanders during the military
service; soldier should initially trust the leader he is going to work
with during 2 years. This was noted by spokesman of Armenian Defence
Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan in the interview with Armenpress when
speaking about the crucial role of the contribution of army
psychologists. He noted that institute of army psychologist has a
crucial role in creation of trust. Hovhannisyan assured that the issue
would be resolved in a few years. According to spokesman of Armenian
Defence Ministry, future soldier will undergo psychological
preparation before going to Army.
Qualified psychologists, with higher education and needed preparation,
will be included in the Armed Forced and awarded with rank of officer.
According to Chairman of NA Standing Committee on defence, national
security and internal affairs Koryun Nahapetyan, in case psychologists
have an important role in civil life, they are even more important in
case of soldiers.
