JUDGE AGAIN FAILS TO ISSUE VERDICT IN CASE PITTING OSTINVESTOR AGAINST TSARUKYAN

Judge Arayik Melkoumyan failed to deliver a verdict yesterday in
the case pitting the German company ~SOstinvestor~T against Gagik
Tsarukyan~Rs Yerevan Ararat Brandy/Wine/Vodka Factory (YABWV).

This follows a December 7 failure by Judge Melkoumyan to issue a
verdict in a longstanding legal battle in which the Geman company
claims that Tsarukyan swindled it out of shares in YABWV.

On December 7, the judge ordered that the case be re-examined.
