Even though Deputy Justice Minister Aram Orbelyan is just 29, he~Rs
amassed a fairly sizeable financial holding.

According to his 2011 financial disclosure, he had 5.450 million AMD
in revenues.

Orbelyan started off the year with 65 million in the bank and winded
up with 24 million by year~Rs end, in addition to 5,500 Euros and
$27,000.

Orbelyan told Hetq that the deposits were amassed over the years when
he worked for the International Red Cross and various legal service
companies.

He explained the drop in AMD bank deposits as the result of a 39
million apartment purchase.
