Historian hails Armenian President’s speech at CSTO meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net – Historian Gevorg Melkonyan commented on Armenian
President Serzh Sargsyan’s statement issued during the CSTO meeting.
`Armenia is a CSTO member-state and the military alliance must protect
Yerevan’s interests. Meanwhile, CSTO member countries’ attempts were
aimed at supporting Baku at UN meeting in October,’ he said, deeming
President’s Sargsyan’s message at the meeting as proper.
He further stressed the need for the alliance to offer economic and
political support to Armenia, besides military assistance.
