Le Service de Secours de la République du Nagorno-Karabakh a reçu des
moyens de transport modernes.
Le président de la République du Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan a
participé à la cérémonie.
M. Sahakyan a exprimé sa gratitude à l’homme d’affaires russe
d’origine arménienne, le fondateur de la société Luding et
philanthrope Artur Varzhapetyan pour sa contribution et a noté que la
République le remercie fortement pour son activité patriotique.
