Turkey and Armenia renew talks under Swiss mediation

Armenian paper Zhokhovurd says that Turkey and Armenia were secretly
having negotiations under Swiss Swiss mediation and US support.
Russia and the US are having negotiations in Switzerland to send
peacekeepers to the Nagorno-Karabakh area, a conflict zone that plays
