NEXT YEAR IS EXPECTED TO BE MORE THAN 820 THOUSAND TOURISTS VISIT IN ARMENIA

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS: “Tourism support service” project of
2013 and the schedule of project” will be presented in the discussion
of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. As “Armenpress” mentions
this issue is involved in Executive on November 22 agenda. The goal of
the project is active and effective marketing policy through Armenia
as a favorable and attractive for tourism development and continuous
improvement of the description, presentation and strengthening
the international market, contributing to Armenia’s international
integration.
It is expected, that the program will promote the maintenance of
the inbound tourism visit increase rate in Armenia (10-15 percent),
providing more than 820 thousand foreign tourists visits in 2013. It
is expected, that it will also promote to domestic tourism growth
rate (10-12 percent), providing more than 530 thousand domestic
tourism visits.
