ATTEMPTED TO ORGANIZE PRISONER’S MURDER

Mraz Sharoyan is wanted relating to the case of Samvel Hovhannisyan,
the former head of Penitentiary Institutions’ Department of RA
Ministry of Justice. Sharoyan is accused of organizing and ordering
the murder attempt of Jamal Sloyan, who is in jail for having killed
Sharoyan’s relative.

Recall S. Hovhannisyan is accused of preparing Sloyan’s murder
attempt. Hovhannisyan assumed the task of finding a killer in the
jail. He found Khurshudyan, who said ready to poison Sloyan.

Khurshudyan was even paid.
