Members of the Republican parliamentary group Generals Manvel Grigoryan
and Sedrak Saroyan are not fond of expensive property. At least,
it is implied from their property declarations.
According to Parliamentmonitoring.am where declarations of MPs are
posted, Seiran Saroyan, the younger and lower by rank of the two,
owns more real estate. He has declared 6 apartments with a total
space of 2796.55 square meters and 10 land plots. S. Saroyan owns
real estate in Russia and Ukraine.
General-Lieutenant Manvel Grigoryan has declared 2 apartments with
a total space of 1422.9 square meters and 3 land plots with a total
area of 28.3 hectares.
Manvel Grigoryan has two cars, Ford Econoline and Gaz12. S. Saroyan
has one Hammer H2.
S. Saroyan’s income last year totaled AMD 1,611,000,000. 3,078,000 is
his annual salary, the rest is his profit from property alienation
and loans. Grigoryan’s annual income was AMD 147,995,000, including
military pension and shares.
Saroyan’s cash as of the day of submission of the declaration totaled
AMD 47 million and USD 884, Grigoryan declared AMD 3,900,000.
Grigoryan owns 100% of shares in Kuarlini CJS, Saroyan owns 33%
of Sarkop Armenian-Russian company.
