Nikol Pashinyan, an Armenian National Congress (ANC) MP, assessed
the 2013 budget during a conversation with in the
following manner, “Examining the budget, it is common to say something,
isn’t it? Frankly speaking, I was under the impression that this is
a mothballing budget. When production buildings are to be closed,
they are mothballed, in order that the process of ceasing is not very
rapid and it doesn’t have respective outcome. I think that this is
a mothballing budget and it is very sad. It is a disgraceful budget.
When one reads the budget, one is under the impression that it is about
a closing-down budget. Certainly, I will put forward the respective
reasons during respective discussions in the National Assembly,
but for now, my assessment is this.”
