OPENING OF “TUMO” CENTER IN STEPANAKERT DISCUSSED AT NKR PRESIDENT’S OFFICE

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met
American-Armenian philanthropists Sam and Sylva Simonian.
Issues related to the foundation of “Tumo” Center for Creative
Technologies in capital Stepanakert were discussed during the meeting.
According to President Sahakyan, the existence of such a center will
be among the best patterns of investment into the intellectual sphere,
which will give a serious impetus to the development of information
technologies in the republic and intellectual capabilities of the
younger generation.
The Head of the State underlined that this project was among the
best manifestations of the Motherland-Diaspora cooperation, Central
Information Department of the Office of the NKR President reported.
