Yesterday was one of the rare days when Armenia opposed to Russia’s
official policies, the paper says, commenting on the protocol
expressing the Armenian authorities’ disapproval of the Russian
government’s employment migration program Compatriots.

The document signed at the Armenian-Russian Intergovernmental
Commission’s meeting has not yet been posted on the government’s
website, says the paper. Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan
reportedly refused to give any details on the deal, saying only that
the Armenian side signed the protocol to express its disagreement.
