The night in Syria’s capital Aleppo was tensed with bomb attacks not
stopping for a moment, Tert.am’s sources in Aleppo said.

Many Aleppo residents could not sleep. According to the
representatives of the Armenian community, they have heard at least
20-25 blasts during the night.

Though the gun fire and blast sounds did not stop, people who
preferred to stay in houses could not tell the exact place where the
clashes were taking place.

The fight is reported to be hot near Bostan Pasha district which has
become a fighting arena between the government and opposition forces
for rather a long time.

The army forces are reported to have tried to eliminate the opposition rebels.

Buildings have also been destroyed in Shekh Makhsud district as well.
No information about victims or injured is reported.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
