GOVERNMENT COOPERATES WITH ARMENIAN BANKS

Yesterday delegation including chairmen of nine banks from Armenia
arrived in Artsakh. Together with the NKR leadership they discussed
cooperation between the government of Artsakh and bank system and
their further tasks.
The Armenian delegation arrived in Artsakh by helicopter. Guided by
the NKR Prime Minister they had a short tour of Stepanakert airport;
it was a good opportunity for the representatives of bank system to
get acquainted with the large-scale program realized in Artsakh during
last years for which state budget had a recourse to banking capital.
>From the airport the chairmen went to state stock-farm then to
“Artsakhfruit”, which was founded with the assistance of banking
capital.
The bankers were familiarized with other economic projects, then in
Shoushi they discussed their further tasks with the members of the
NKR Government; having estimated the last four-year cooperation with
banks they made a principal decision to continue it.
Two funds of Artsakh – investment fund and village and agriculture
assisting fund cooperate with banks; they assume a role of connecting
link and guarantor between population and banks.
