ARMENIAN CHURCH COUNCIL CALLS FOR PUNISHMENT OF THOSE BEHIND ANTI-ISLAM FILM

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) – The Church Council of Armenians of Isfahan
and Southern Iran has condemned the indecent act of agents of the
hegemonic powers in releasing a movie insulting the Holy Prophet of
Islam (PBUH) and called for their punishment.

Publishing a statement on Sunday, the council said the hegemonic powers
were seeking to meet their evil targets through sowing discord among
divine religions.

The statement also called on religious and political leaders from
different world countries to adopt proper policies to confront the
evil plots while keeping their vigilance.

It said the religious leaders of Armenians Church attach special
importance to the need for mutual respect among divine religions.
