*Russian President’s decree to give new impetus to emigration from Armenia

YEREVAN. – As noted in the official website of Kremlin, the formal
residence of the President of the Russian Federation (RF), President
Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on September 15 with respect to the
`Fellow Countrymen’ state program and made it permanent, Haykakan Zhamanak
daily reports.
`The Government of Armenia did not comment on this yesterday [Wednesday].
Thousands of Armenia’s citizens have already settled in RF with this
program. [And] Following Putin’s decree, this has become more alluring and
it could give new impetus to emigration from Armenia,’ Haykakan Zhamanak
writes.
