ARTAK NAZARYAN’S MOTHER HANDED OPEN LETTER TO FULE

Hasmik Hovhannisyan, mother of Artak Nazaryan, who died in the army
at peacetime, handed her open letter to the European Commissioner for
Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule in front of
the House of Government.
Stefan Fule and his delegation stopped for a few minutes in front
of the House of Government and talked to the parents of soldiers
who died at peacetime. The parents say that when Fule was told that
Armenian soldiers are killed not only by the rival but also their
fellow soldiers, he was surprised.
