Armenians celebrate independence Friday in Cleveland City Hall ceremony

Armenia’s 21st Independence Day celebration will be observed 5:30-8
p.m. Sept. 21 in the rotunda of Cleveland City Hall, 601 Lakeside Ave.
East, in downtown Cleveland.
Mayor Frank Jackson will present a proclamation to Cleveland-area
Armenian-Americans, followed by music and a wine reception hosted by
the Armenian Independence Day Celebration Committee.
Guests should use the Willard Park Garage entrance next to City Hall.
A photo ID is required for entrance to the building.
