Armenia Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the Chairman of the Government
of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on the day of his birthday.

President, the message particularly says:

Your consistent efforts in the peaceful settlement issue of the
Karabakh conflict as well deserve the deepest gratitude.

I am certain that the continuation of intensive ties in all the
levels will have a positive influence on the further developent abd
strengthening of the Armenian-Russian federative relations.
