Zhamanak, quoting reliable sources, reports that the General Staff
of RA Armed Forces saw “cadre slaughter.” Armenian Defense Minister
Seyran Ohanyan ordered to temporarily suspend Military Commissioner
Sergey Chalyan from his duties.
Besides, Deputy Chief of Staff of RA Armed Forces Valery Grigoryan
and his subordinate, Arakel Martikyan were also dismissed.
Defense Ministry spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan neither confirmed
nor denied the report.
“We will inform you in due course,” he told the paper.
