YEREVAN, JULY 27, ARMENPRESS: The father of 20 year-old -serviceman
Firuz Farazov who crossed the state border of the Republic of Armenia
in the north- eastern part of Armenian -Azerbaijani border and by his
own will surrendered to Armenian peacekeepers on July 26, 16: 00 pm
is found out to be Azerbaijani Internal Troops Major. The disclosure
has been carried out by APA news agency, Armenpress reports.
The agency found out that on the previous day of the incident Farazov
had had a telephone conversation with his relatives, stating everything
was normal with him. Yet on the following day the military unit
informed the soldier’s family Farazov had left the military unit. Then
it became clear he willingly became prisoner of Armenian side.
The statement also included details pertain to personal life of the
prisoner.Reportedly , Farazov’s parents are divorced. The children
are living with the mom. Regardless it Azerbaijani Internal Troops
Major keeps in touch with his offsprings. The last contact with the
soldier son took place two days before the case.
