HIS HOLINESS ARAM I CONGRATULATES THE
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF NAGORNO KARABAGH UPON HIS REELECTION
23 July 2012. In the name of the Catholicosate of Cilicia and in his own
name, His Holiness Aram I has written to the President of Nagorno Karabagh,
Pago Sahakian, congratulating him on his reelection. The Catholicos
commended the President for his achievements during his past term in office
for the structural organization of the Republic, its economic growth, and
his advocacy on international and local levels for the self-determination of
the people of Nagorno Karabah.
