The Government of Armenia has decided to sell the area of the burnt
Justice Ministry of Armenia to Tango CJSC, owned by Argentinean
businessman Eduardo Eurnekian, for 300mln AMD or $730,000 (60,000
AMD per 1 sq m). Tango has promised to build a new public facility in
the area by June 30 2015. Eurnekian also owns Armenia International
Airports, the concessionaire of Yerevan’s Zvartnots Airport and
Gyumri’s Shirak Airport.
